2-2018: PrintAudit was acquired by ECi
Dear customers and partners,
today it was published that Print Audit Inc. Kanada was acquired at 30th of November by the software provider ECi based in Fort Worth, Texas.
The ECi CEO Rob Books pointed out that they are always looking for unparalleled software solutions for Managed Print Service for office dealers and customers which accomplish their own product portfolio. Namely the new IUM-Infinite User Management- developed by Print Audit will close the gap in ECi´s portfolio.
We will launch IUM also in our channel in January 2019 and will offer online trainings for preparing your staff to sell this product to your customers as well.
This acquisition does not impact our product portfolio, the support and our existing contracts.
